FAI Expands Long‑Range Fleet with New Global 6000
FAI Aviation Group, Germany’s leading provider of mission‑critical aviation services, continues its upward trajectory with the acquisition of a second Bombardier Global 6000 in the same year. The aircraft, registered D‑AFAN (MSN 9471), was secured and delivered in record time: just five weeks after the letter of intent was signed. The rapid turnaround reinforces FAI’s reputation for decisiveness and reliability in aircraft acquisitions.
With this addition, FAI’s Bombardier fleet reaches 18 aircraft, including seven Global‑series jets, making it the largest Bombardier business jet operator in Germany. The newly acquired Global 6000, with only 900 flight hours, is now based at the company’s Nuremberg headquarters and available for immediate worldwide corporate charter.
A Jet Built for Intercontinental Reach
The Global 6000 is engineered for long‑range missions exceeding 6,000 nautical miles, enabling nonstop travel between major business hubs such as:
London – Dubai
Frankfurt – Singapore
Geneva – New York
Its interior reflects Bombardier’s hallmark craftsmanship: handcrafted cabinetry, hand‑stitched cream leather seating, and a three‑zone cabin accommodating up to 14 passengers. The aircraft is equipped with Gogo Galileo ultra‑high‑speed internet, ensuring seamless connectivity and productivity throughout the flight.
